1. Studio Use and Membership
All members must complete an orientation and basic safety training before using the studio.
Memberships are non-transferable and are valid for the named member only.
You agree to follow all safety protocols and use tools and materials responsibly.
We reserve the right to revoke access for any behavior that compromises safety or community well-being.
2. Booking, Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Shopify.
Membership payments recur automatically unless cancelled within the specified window.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out with concerns.
3. Digital Access
Members may receive login credentials to access schedules, member perks, and studio communications through our GHL-powered platform.
Sharing your login is not allowed.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to anything you make here. We love to celebrate member work and may ask your permission to feature your creations in promotional materials.
5. Event Hosting
Events must be approved by our team in advance.
Event hosts are responsible for setup, cleanup, and communicating expectations to attendees.
6. Changes and Updates
These terms may change as we grow. We'll notify you of major updates, but it's your responsibility to stay informed.
